For the love of all that is holy within the Ghostbuster Realm, I don't want to see Steve Carell anywhere near this film. It's bad enough that Ben Stiller is in some of the talks. We know Bill Murray has an issue with the third movie (DANG IT!!) so we can expect little or no scenes with him. I agree that Oscar needs to play a role, maybe the one where it involves him again at the end... since Vigo chose him, maybe there should be some remnants of Vigo within Oscar. Jack Black could be an okay GB, just not the role of Oscar. Having a female GB? Sure. I think they need new equipment but leave it to add ons and not weird looking gear... similar (NOT THE SAME) as what we saw in the game. The slime tether may be a little tricky. If the same actor isn't willing to play their part in the 3rd movie, then having a replacement actor play that part is a BAD idea. All in all, I can't wait for the movie, come slime or high water, I'll be there opening day.

The one thing that I think it going to be difficult with this movie is trying to keep the orginal superfans happy and attempting to attract the new, younger generation. I think that there will be sacrifices made towards both sides and well see what the end product will be. I think actors like Seth Rogan, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell, and the other names mentioned could do a good job at being Ghostbusters, but again it just depends on where they try to take the humor. The one thing that I think is definete is this is NOT going to be the same movie that we all watched and fell in love with as kids, however I would like to see a new movie so I just hope they can do the original movies justice at least for the sake of the original ghost heads.
