New to boards and can't post? Here's why (and a welcome!)

Hello new Members,

Welcome to the boards! We're happy to have you here

Your first 30 posts are moderated. That means they won't show up until they are read and approved by someone, so don't panic when you don't see them right away! Posts are generally read through and approved 4-5 times a day during the week, and a little less on weekends.

Once you hit 30 posts you'll have full access to your account if you haven't been banned before. If you have been banned you'll not be allowed back on. If you get back on and we discover it later you will be removed again.

You'll be able to edit your profile, use private messages, use signature graphics and avatar, take part in polls, etc. once you hit 30 posts. Your posts will also show up right away then.

Be sure to review the Soaps Community: Posting & Spoiler Guidelines, which can be found in Days of our Lives and The Young and the Restless forums. Familiarize yourself with the rules and take them seriously. Being a member is a provledge and we expect people to treat each other with respect. (the above is linked to the Days boards but the rules are the same for both).

wow thank you for this thread! I was getting worried that I missed a step in my signup. I knew I activated after I got the activation e-mail but I thought I might have missed something else.

anyway, I really like the board so far. I've only posted in one thread as yet, but I expect to be posting more in the future.

You can still post by hitting the "quote" button. That's what I just did so that I could reply to your post. But if you want to make a post without quoting anyone else, just hit "reply".

I have watched Days for many years and I just wanted to give Adrianna Zucker the props she deserved for her latest acting. She made me cry so many times and I wanted her to be able to have Sydney and E.J. in her life for ever. Good luck on the upcoming birth of your baby. You will be a very loving, wonderful mother.
