The spoilers do not worry me a bit. I do not mean any harm to Chloe and Nicole fans, but the Dueling Elevator Couples bore me. Maybe it is more that they enrage me with so much duplicity and secrets. I just wish I did not have to watch them between my Phinie scenes. I know that is wrong and I am not bashing. Nadia is beautiful, Arianne given a good script is fantastic. I adore Bryan and well E.J.has those purty eyes.

This couple is growing on me more and more. I am really enjoying their scenes..so glad I decided to give them a fair shot.

Okay, its official, I loved Stephanie today and completely apologize for the one time I posted in the anti-Stephanie thread that she's boring. Mea culpa.

SH did a great job, I loved it when she stood up to EJ, finally a mention of her first hand experience with vendettas and the loss of family to hatred. Wonderful!

Hey, Danielle! I didn't know you disliked Daniel at one time. Sometimes a character will 'sneak up' on you, so to speak. I was upset with how the show handled Morgan's exit, and was leery of getting involved in another pairing for Philip. But I gave Philip and Stephanie a chance - and now I love them.

That's very true - if someone has stirred up the emotions, it means they've had an impact on you. What the show does NOT want - apathy, not caring one way or another about a character/couple.

Such a smart post...apathy isn't good at all...you can't have everyone like all the characters anyway, it's impossible. I am so glad there's one couple who are together right now & getting a romantic s/l. I always thought Phillip and Stephanie were sweet, but the vendetta is adding exciting layers to the characters. How dull would it be if Phillip's girlfriend thought going evil was a good idea? There's no conflict in that. The conflict between duty to Victor and his love for Stephanie is priceless...if she gets hurt because of the feud, he'll blame himself...I love this stuff!

Thanks. I agree with all you've added. I would be tuning out if Stephanie just accepted Philip as is. That's where the conflict comes about - two people with very different viewpoints, lifestyles and standards clashing, yet falling in love and struggling to overcome their many differences.

This is classic soap romance, it took a little while to get all the pieces in order, but I really love where its headed. Plus, its much more interesting than another triangle.

Another thing, Victor likes Stephanie, but how's he going to feel if she starts influencing Phillip away from the family "interests?"
