Heather Tom......spoiler

Everyone on the OLTL boards are saying that Heather Tom is being released from her contract (playing Kelly Cramer) on OLTL. Would you like it if she came back to Y&R as Victoria or not? I think it would be great! It would be even better if David Tom came back as Billie too.

I would LOVE it. I just don't know if HT wants to go back west. I heard her saying how much she loves NY. But her boyfriend is in LA.
Which means I would want Ryan back as my wish for return from the dead. (other thread)
He (Ryan) would be wasted on this victoria. imo

I'd be deliriously happy if Heather Tom came back to Y & R but I can't see it ever happening.
For one - she left under such bitter circumstances I doubt she would grace the doors of studios 31 and 32 again
Second - one of her objectives in moving to New York was the promise of the NY theatre opportunities. She is passionate about theatre. (And alot of other things!)
Third - even though contracts can be broken I doubt if the show wants to change Victoria at this juncture with a major story arc just starting. They are writing differently for AH's Victoria and I don't see her fitting into this new mould.
If ATWT are indeed letting her go I think HT would drift towards theatre before coming back to daytime. JMO though.

I agree about everything but the contract problem. People have left under worse conditions and I bet Heather sees what is going on with everyone in this business, longer Vets then her have taken cuts. But I agree she loves the theatre, I bet she would focus on that.
Our only hope is that she misses her boyfriend!

Oh and I think HT could easily slip back into the sl they have for Vicki. Head to head with the black knight! ONLY HT can pull this off.

I am surprised that David Tom has not been taken up by another soap. It was rumored that he had a drug problem. I wonder if it was true. If so, no wonder no one wanted him.

He went on to amc and oltl. I do not think he has a drug problem.

I hated her in the role of Victoria and would not want to see her return. She probably wouldn't, anyway. She quit the show for a reason. I still don't think they would cave in to her demands so it's a moot point.

they cut her pay so that they could give sharon case more hours and more money... No wonder I can't stand Sharon.. She is the reason Heather is gone.. they should have ditched ****** and kept the real talent. But SC had bigger boobs and jack Smith had a thing for SC..

I would love to see Heather Tom back as Victoria. She always seemed true to the role. While this new girl is doing okay, I would hate to be her. Seems like the viewers get a taste of someone that is perfect for the role and no one else seems up to snuff. Could you honestly see someone else playing Victor? The only person I can think of and he is a lot heavier than Victor is the guy that plays Massimo Marone on B & B. Now there is a match made in hell if I have ever seen one. Let Victor go after one of his companies and see the fur fly.
