Peter's life is screwed up after the symbiote, and he is asking for help from anyone (You know, figuritively to himself).

I have said Enter Sandman before. Very good for Venom. Though the name is better for - you guessed right - Sandman.

But I still stand strong on Velvet Revolver. They have made music for Fantastic Four and The Hulk. Their style fits with superhero movies. (Not there livingstyle but the musicstyle.)

At some point in the movie I think they could fit in a "Don't d*mn me" remake by the new Guns N' Roses.
Maybe as the second song in the closingcredits.
