You can try and find a site that will lower the size of the file, or open it in an image editor and manually do it. It will probably involve saving it as a .jpg or lowering the amount of colours in it.

Then you must be copying it wrong because whenever I click the link it takes me to the image, and when you put it in the tags it should show you.

I think I know the problem. Instead of copying the link by highlighting and CTRL+C'ing it, right click it and select copy link. The site abbreviates them when you put them up.

I'm getting angry now! I'm tired and grumpy so after posting this I'm hitting the hay.

Right click the image and select properties.
When the window opens look around the middle of it and it will say Address and then the image address.
Highlight the whole address and press CTRL+C.
Go into your Edit Signature and put the link between

Voila! It's four steps and it takes everyone else on here about 2 minutes.
