drag the image into the document
resize to your liking
get the eraser tool, right click and set hardness to zero - set the size of the brush (up to you)
erase around the logo, to make it look like a clean cut

its good, an easy way cut when there is a one-color background, is to take the magic wand tool, click on the background, right click, and press cut. on photoshop there is this thing called the magic eraser tool which basically does the same thing.

Please do not use scantily clad women, or women in bathing suits, or women in sexy poses in your sigs. They're not appropriate on here.

hold shift while you are resizing it, and whatever space is left, take the brush tool (b) with 0 hardness (shift+[ for a couple of seconds) and brush in the blank area
