There's a little trick to that. You don't have to resize it if you don't upload it, and just use image tags.

i don't use a program, i just go to mypictures then right click on the pic u want and click edit and thats how.

then i use free-form select and trace around the thing that i what, stop when the lines touch one another then right click and click copy to..., enter a name for it(make sure that u have a non-bitmap pic in the folder), save it, then click on the non-bitmap(JPEG, JIP, etc.) go to image at the top and then select clear image to clear image you had, then go to the select button(rectangle with lines) and hold the left button and move the mouse to form a square which u can right click on and then click paste from and select the image, click away from the screen or to let it sort of belend in then use a black background by selecting the paint can and clicking on the clear image.

i bought a program back when i was really good at makin stuff...i got picture it 2002...on my old computer with all the viruses i had mgi photsuite and adobe photo shop and ill tell ya those were so easy to make stuff with...i wish i stil had them:(
