i'm not at my computer, but i got it from the spidey 3 pic of peter opening his shirt to the black costume. it's in the bottom of the pic with a pure black background, and that's the coolest looking 3 i've seen. that's the one i use.

To be honest, I've never done photo-manipulating before. I thought it was hard and only for the champs but, I'm starting to like it and get use to it.

yeah, that looks pretty good. what i would do is turn the red into black, rather than darkening the entire picture. that's what i used to do, but it looks better that way. nice pic though. i like the red one better than the black though.

My girl friend gave me the one that came in hers, and my grandma gave me another (my family doesn't get the paper anymore). It's not authentic of course, but just having the reprinted issue is more than good enough. Is this happening anywhere else? I live in Porterville, California (the San Joaquin Valley, orange growing territory), smack in the middle of the state. It's a town of about 50,000, so this was extremely cool for us since our neighboring towns usually get the goodies.

ya i was in drivers ed and my instructor got the daily news and i he gave ti to me and i read it and then he started to read it and he took it back from me so i couldnt keep it but i have it in the marvel masterworks anyone know why they did it

i just found out that they're giving out spider-man comics all over the us in the newspapers. i just got the first amazing spider-man comic in my paper. here i'll give you the article. make sure u check your newspaper every sunday for a while ;) (btw sorry about this being so off topic but i didn't know if shoulda made a new thread so)

But you can get reprints of those famous, groundbreaking stories for free in The Sunday Plain Dealer. The Plain Dealer, along with more than 100 newspapers across the country, will give away reprints of about the first 22 issues of "The Amazing Spider-Man" comics in their Sunday editions for almost a year. News America Marketing, a division of News Corp., has partnered with Marvel Entertainment Inc. to reissue the original Amazing Spider-Man comic book series over 46 weeks. The first reprint appeared last Sunday and retold how geeky, puny Peter Park became the strong, confident Spider-Man, a story first published in "Amazing Fantasy" No. 15 in 1962. Where'd you get the picture of spider-man?

the original pic (i actually can't even find it now) was from a really good fan made costume that someone was selling on ebay. they took the pic, dressed in the costume. it's not even an official one, and I like it because no one has seen it before. it looks new!
