Alright almost everybody thinks he died. I guess its opinion, but we know Morlun ate his eye. And he was tranked in the Death of Kraven. Not close to dying. You call that dying, you have to call his tricking Venom dying.

He evolves stingers and survives death by "shedding" his skin. I think thats how it went. and his inner voice tells him how he's neglected his "other" (the spider-part of him. Kind of like the symbiotes.) Then afterwards his stingers never come back.

The guys who make these comics have really start to think about who reads them. I mean, can little 7-8 years olds(maybe even younger) take this much violence? They gotta start using more un-violent methods of telling the story

I thought the Other was pretty good and it made sense to me (guess my spiritual outlook on life combined with my general knowledge of Spiders helped).

It was stupid that the stingers never came back though.
The whole 'Other' business was mainly about him lying to himself over his identity. After accepting his spider powers he repressed the part of himself that was actually Spider. Only after he accepted that he was actually part spider and part man did he have access to his full potential.

He died, but he was reborn with new powers. Spider Stingers (which were used once again, but so far only seen in Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man), Night vision, and a stronger back. Other than the stingers, none of these powers were seen again. This was a horrible story anyway, it just fuels more to that **** Spider-Totem. It's not mystical, it's science!
