Feige directly addressed rumors that it might be the final film for the friendly neighborhood web-slinger.

"There will be many more Spider-Man films to come," he promised. "We already have stacks of ideas for the next one because of the wealth of stories in the comics. We could be making Spider-Man movies for the next 20 years, based on the 50 years of Spider-Man history we have."

That doesn't necessarily guarantee, however, that Tobey Maguire will continue as the man under the mask.

"When you're concentrating on one movie at a time, there's a beginning and a middle and an end to that process," Feige reasoned. "We've been topping each one as they go, [and if that happens again], that's the time for those discussions."

Probably not that long. But who really cares?? WE HAVE MORE SPIDER-MAN!!!
They already have ideas for 4! What kind of ideas could they be cooking up as we speak? Chameleon? Kraven? I hope not! Lizard? Vulture? I hope so! I'm still bubbling with excitment. :)

then part 5 and 6 would be the clone saga/sinister 6 starring Spider-Cyde, Kaine, Doppleanger(who would be a half clone, half genetically engineered mindless beast) Sandman, Dock Ock, all led by Norman Osborn who isn't really dead.

There is no way in hell this would be the last one for many reasons.

Tobey and dunst know already whatever other movies they should make?
won't sell as good as spiderman. compared to they're other films?

what else can tobey do now that could possibly sell?
let's face it,it's spiderman that is the key to it's success.

from the start they could of picked anyone and still the movie and sequels would do as well.

i can't see tobey or dunst staring in any other movies now that could possibly do well at the box office. without spiderman? who will pay to see anything else they do? wonderboys? wimbelton? bring it on?

i'm sure both actors know that this is as good as it gets for them and if they were smart? they would stick with what works and what keps them popular.

let's face it being the lead roles in spiderman movies
is alot of star power. they know how big it is.
and who the hell wouldn't want to play spiderman in a blockbuster movie?

without it,they are not going to rake in the box office making useless boring movies,staring in supporting like roles.

they quit it? they lose it and basicly ruin the whole shabang if someone else takes over as peter parker. it just ruins the whole deal.

i wouldn't pay to see any other films these two actors would make or star in
other then spiderman,for it's whats hot. it's spiderman.

I know tobey and dunst are not dummies and would give up this popularity
and fame just to make stupid dramas or boring comedies that flop!

this is where it's at! you can't get any higher then spiderman
and where they are at. ya can't,and rami knows this for he too is sticking with it,otherwize he would of made evil dead remake already.

he did his homework and perfected spiderman.

CGI is top notch and ya can't beat all the characters villians from the spiderman era. it can go on and on and should for this reason.

there are so many great villians and stories to be told still.

i would never quit if i were tobey.

fact is if we don't see the lizard in spiderman 3?
i think it's finally now safe to say that spiderman 4 will be based
mainly on conners story,finally!

they are building it up slow and i can't see them shoving the lizard in sm3 now
with already so many villians already in it.

i think conners story will be the main idea for part 4 along with maybe man-wolf and maybe rhino or shocker.

spiderman 5 in my guess would be when we see venom return and then obviously we will see carnage.

mysterio and shocker and scorpion are ones that are must have too.

this is not the last spiderman movie and tobey is smart enough to see the future if he quits? he will fail in most anything else he does.

why waste time and life when u can be perfect and popular for a long time.

Even though Spider-Man popped Tobey to fame, I'm sure he doesn't wanna do just Spider-Man. He'll do Spider-Man if it has a good story and Sam. He doesn't wanna do another Spider-Man because it's Spider-Man, get it?
Kirsten has said she doesn't wanna do them anymore, but I think you can read from between the lines that she wants more money. And for her, Spider-Man hasn't being that big of a break-through, so if she leaves the franchise, she'll get roles, just as good as now.

See, in the comics we see alot of repeating stories, but in movies the stories have to be a bit more bigger and interesting, and in (these) movies they usually go deep into Peter. I'm afraid that
Even if they have 50 years of stories, and the guy say there'll be Spider-Man movies expectable for 20, it doesn't mean we'll see them.
I'm afraid that they'll keep making the movies, but run out of good stories, aand we know the end of the story...
