spiderman 3 in IMAX and in 3D???!!?!

I just called my local IMAX theater for showtimes, and when they said "expericene spiderman 3 bla bla bla, at the end of the sentence they said spiderman 3 in 3D comes on may 4th, and im like wtf?, I thought it wasn't going to be in 3d????

Could they have meant the previews were in 3d, cuz sometimes that is the case.


And for the record, if you guys dont belive me, call your IMAX theater and you will see that they clearly say 3D at the end of spiderman 3.
