Anyone else notice, that in sm1 peter mentions that doc connors fired peter for coming into work late, but it seemed sort of to me that in sm2 their relationship seemed like they hardly knew each other. anyone else think this is some sort of mistake or somethin?

Yeah it's just like how in SM2 Eddie is mentioned at the daily bugle by Robbie but he's the new guy at there in SM3.

I didn't get the impression that they hardly knew each other. In SM2, Doc Conners mentions the Peter that he seems so tired lately. They seemed to know each other quite well from what I saw in the movie.

Thats a good point I forgot about that "Lately" in sm2, but i think they are close enough, in character by sm3 by a long shot

exactly. I like how Conners kind of sticks out for him. Also, he does does him well in sm2. He talks to him like he knew him for years- saying Pete used to do good and years later he does bad in skool

but maybe they did it to see if people actually paid any attention to detail?

eddie was mentioned in sm1 not sm2.

It's sort of funny, in part one the line that refers to eddie is "Eddies been trying to get a shot all week, but just can't" Or something, but eddie is actually a better photographer than peter. At least that is the way the movie depicted it.

It's not a big deal at all...
no mistake made. Raimi just put the Eddie thing in the movie as a little wink to the fans, nothing more. He had no idea that Brock was gonna be in the third movie, and even he did, he would not have cared...

Eddie Brock is hired in SM3 @ The Bugle, so that should be other Eddie...stop complainin' about that! If he was mentioned in SM1 what?!? It still wasn't as good as i expected in SM3 so none of these matters (Venom looked great, and Topher played awesome.. But Mr. Raimi as a "big venom fan" just didn't make the character act like in the Comics!!! So that's why I hate!!!)!
