Venom Solo Film - Ideas?

Before I start, I'm just gonna say, I don't want people to come on and start going "There's not gonna be a Venom film!". Whether there's gonna be a Venom film or not, people can still give ideas for what they want to see. Anyway, onto my ideas.
I want the enom film to have nothing to do with SM3. SM3 Venom is dead. I want the Venom film to be based on the comics, and feature Carnage as the main villian and Shriek as a secondary villian. It should not have the Origin of Venom in it properly, just explain through flashbacks so Spider-man is in it very minimally. Have the whole Sin-Eater business only explained through speech. Like I said earlier, only SPider-man for the flashback, and not for the actual film. Have Carnage appear 1/5 of the way in, have the first part with Venom beating up criminals. Carnage's origin would have to be different (No ideas here). Carnage would be the Carnage we all know and love - a Psycho Mass murderer. 4/5 of the way through, enter Shriek. She would come in as Cletus' Kassady's half-sister, who gets powers from an amulet she finds. Carnage and Shriek team up, and bring on the awesome 20 minute final battle.
That's what I wanna see.

Awesome but Shriek should be carnage's wife, like in the comics. Oh and also I think that it is planned to be a SM3 spin-off hence the whole topher controversy.

Well okay then:

After Venom supposedly blew up at the constructon site, we think he is dead. He is not. The blast made him fly of the building and land on the roof of a neighboring building. There he says that Peter will pay, and has a hard time getting up and sees the symbiote lying there. He quickly runs to it, and it immediately attaches to him again and he swings off again as Venom. Then a little piece of symbiote falls near an alleyway that Venom swings through and a bum in the alley notices it. He goes to it and touches it. The gooy substance responds by trying to attach itself to him. He eventually trips from running and the symbiote catches up to him. Then it attaches but, one tendril attaches into a cut he has therefore making his "costume" red and black.

That's all for now. So how is it? Oh and the bum is Cletus Cassidy. :)

i thought his size was inbetween spiderman size and venom on steroids size.

if he was huge you would expect him to be more of a monster then some villain with rational thoughts. really it is what kind of villain do you want a giant monster destroying the city or an evil master mind. imo i like the evil master minds.

Yup, but I still prefer Venom as he first appeared in #300, as a muscley version of Black Spider-man, with a big grin, sharp teeth (No tongue) and twisted versions of Spider-man's eyes. That's the look I want for the film, and I want Keither Sutherland as Brock, with Venom being Keither in an outfit with an open patch where the mouth and nose is, so CGI can be used for the mouth, and some shots of Venom be CGI. I would want Jeremy Sisto for Carnage, using the same effect.

Well, I'm glad Venom wasn't a huge massive creature, because when I think big in the Marvel Universe, I think of Rhino and the like. I think they got the design pretty good. I mean, if he was huge, he wouldn't be agile enough, which is what I think Venom is meant to be, a mirror image of Spider-Man (Atleast, Brock is of Parker)

Anyway, I agree with bmwdriver for Robert Knepper as Carnage, if you've seen Prison Break you can see his mixed emotions, Joy, Anger, Frustration, Pain even madness, which would suit Carnage perfectly in my opinion.

My idea is kinda stupid.It involves a time machine.So SpiderMan throws the bomb into the symbiote and Eddie jumps in.But when you see the blue flash it is actually a portal opening up,and Eddie wakes up on the side of the street several yards away from the construction site.Peter,thinking Eddie is dead does like normal and goes to check on Harry.Eddie then goes to find who saved him and discovers that Dirammu and Barren Mortu saved him because they want him to unleash great evil.But,the police catch up to him,and identify him as Venom because he kept the mask pulled back so much.They take him to jail and the next part is sorta like on the 90s cartoon with Eddie in jail and Kassidy in jail[there has been a scene where he is also arrested]when the Venom symbiote[the sample that was in Conner's lab]gets to Eddie and he becomes Venom,then Kassidy wants Carnage and takes the symbiote.Durammu and Mortu leave them and they terrorize the city.Eventually Eddie gains the knowledge that Carnage is his spawn and they team up for a short time.But soon they become enemies.The cloned symbiote are also in the movie,and they come in to choose sides.Eventually Hybrid is formed and the team including Venom and Carnage have to try and take him down but Shreik and Phage get killed.Eventually they defeat him and Carnage turns on the team of cloned symbiotes and throws them all under a pile of ruble and attempts to feed on their hosts but Venom interupts and they have a duel to the death and Eddie looses the symbiote and Carnage throws it into a burning fire .He almost kills Eddie but Eddie decides that he is done with the symbiotes for now but has to use it one last time,Eddie attemps to pull it's dying body out of the fire with his bare hands.His hands throbing,are healed by Venom.He rebonds to Eddie,but just long enough for Eddie to find a sonic knife by Shreik's body that she was planning to use to kill her siblings like in the comics.Carnage jumps at Eddie and he stabs him threw the chest.Cletus dies and the symbiote crawls off.But the S.W.A.T team shows up and contains all of the symbiotes.Venom falls off of Eddie and attempts to attack the swat team but they are ready for him and they use sonic blaster to stun him,and then they contain them.And then in Venom 2 the symbiotes escape and find new hosts and Eddie rebonds to Venom and this time he goes after Spidey.[But it still has nothing to do with the regular film series]

Right, I've finally come up with a plotline:
The film starts with Eddie Brock walking down the street. He narrates how he became Venom (Flashback sequence now with a little cameo from Topher Grace) and then all of a sudden he hears screams. He darts into the alley where the screams are coming from, and sees some robbers attacking a woman and her child. He transforms into Venom and ruthlessly attacks the robbers, throwing one into the wall, splitting another's skull open and the third gets his arms ripped off and beaten with them. The woman screams for him to get away and runs, followed by her child. Venom transforms back into Brock, and walks away.
Brock arrives at his apartment, where his neighbour, Anne Weying, is mopping the corridor. There's some stuff where Brock chats to Anne (Trying to woo her). Anne doesn't notice Brock is trying to woo her, and chats away to him, too. The conversation ends when Anne gets a phone call from her boyfriend, Patrick Mulligan, asking her to the cinema. She says yes, and tells Brock she's gotta go get ready. Brock enters his apartment, slightly upset but more angry at the fact Anne already has a boyfriend.
Suddenly he hears screams coming from the alley out the back of his apartment block, and looks out to see a red headed guy, who he recognises as an escaped convict called Cletus Kassady, murdering a young woman. He turns into Venom and leaps out the window. He beats Kassady senseless, and is about to kill him when the cops arrive. The cops shoot at Venom (Unbeknownst to Brock making the symbiote spawn, which leaps on Kassady), forcing him to flee. Kassady is led to the police van where he is locked in and taken away.
In the van, the spawn crawls into a cut on Kassady's leg, and the cut immediatly pours with Symbiotic blood. The blood covers him and turns him into Carnage. Carnage escapes, and starts looking for Brock. He finds him in his apartment, and a massive battle in the apartment block erupts.

Good so far but I think he should get the symbiote and then willingly get into the police car. Then he'll kill the driver and the car will crash or something. That seems like the kinda thing a psyco would do... not that I'd know.

Getting back on topic......

Venom and Carnage's battle leads right through the apartment block, and out on to the city streets. Carnage discovers he can turn his hands into weapons, and lunges at the V-man with one hand an Axe and the other a blade/drill thing. Venom creates a symbiote shield to defend himself from Venom's relentless attack, when a squad of cops arrive. Carnage immediatly turns his attention toward the cops, and the squad doesn't last much longer. The last surviver calls for a Hulkbuster, just before being splattered all over the pavement. The battle resumes, and now Venom and Carnage know that there is Hulk Busters coming, they just ruthlessly pound eachother, each trying to kill the other in the time left.
Then the Hulkbusters arrive. Venom and Carnage are shot with Sonic weapons, and Brock and Kassady are led to the Vault. Brock wakes up in the Vault, and sees the door to his cell is open. He runs at it, and is throw back in an agonising burst of Sonics. What Brock didn't know is that, although there was no door there, there was a sonic barrier. But that doesn't stop Brock, oooh no. Cue vintage scene from the comics involving the symbiote's power to disguise itself as clothes and a young guard. Anyhoo, after Brock escapes, he runs to every cell, looking for Carnage so he can finish him off.

Sorry I keep having to cut this thing short, I have a very busy life, lol. Next part sometime soon!
