I FOUND THEM!!! I only got the regular Spidey, Venom, and Ock figures though. But they're the original ones we saw. The ones that we saw that looked cool were I guess just for advertising.

They had some at my Toys R Us. I just got Black Spidey and Venom, and the only other one they had was doc ock, but I didnt have enough munnies...

Everything else on the shelf was empty... haha

I found them, but I don't know why they didn't put out a release date. They had to know collectors would want these. But I did see they're up on the Hasbro toystore.
