The Spectacular Spider-Man only to have the symbiote suit for 2 or 3 episodes?

I just read on Wiki that after two or three episodes of Peter finding the symbiote of however they're going to have it, two or three episodes later it comes off to create Venom? Now, I've got all my information for the three discussions threads for the first three episodes from Wiki so I don't know if this is true or not. If it is true then I think it's terrible just to have it for two episodes. Unless the symbiote goes back and fourth with Peter and Eddie? :spidey_shrug:

Also does anybody on here believe that the guys that are writing the show are going too quickly with characters? This is still the beginning of the first season of in the middle of it. But still c'mon. I think they're going a bit too fast with the trigger with characters. Save some things. Are they afraid of the series failing and this way they get everything in before it goes of the air? :confused:

Well that's what they did with TAS as well. 2 episodes. Personally I owuld have liked more episdoes.

I'm literally thinking the exact thing. Venom appeared late in the comics so I would have thought it better to take the time and put him in a later season, also to have more Black Spidey episodes. I do think they're bringing in chaarcters too fast since this is about the early days of Spider-Man. But hopefully they'll pull it off. :/

Well remember the fox spiderman cartoon, I think he only had it for 3 episodes, and that went over well, and the main guys he faught were rhino and shocker, both at seperate times, so he didn't really get to show off his new power. In this I believe he fights the sinister 6 with the suit, I think that should be a pretty cool fight, and I hate to say it but I think people (not saying me) get all anxious and impatient waiting for venom. I personally don't mind waiting but how many episodes do we really need to sum up spiderman wearing a new costume and becoming a jack@ss

yeah, it's fine like this...venom doesn't always have to be the big climax or the strongest villain all the time either...he was pushed into spidey 3 and we all now how that ended (but the movie was good on the whole)

I agree with you about things moving too fast. I think its too early to introduce venom.

as we've seen, pete has been completely misunderstood like in the lizard episode. So i'm sure the writers can pull something off. Plus the symbiote may act like what doc ock's tentacles were like, only worse.
