he means on the spectacular spiderman tv show. for me the goblin was the best villain, followed closely by venom and doc ock

I gotta say goblin. his unresolved identity has yet to be solved and the way they've left it mysterious throughout his appearances has been great! Plus he felt like the first villain with the best arsenal and that he wanted to kill spider-man. AND, we had 2 and a tiny bit of an episode devoted to the goblin.

Well... Im still a bit dissapointed in Montana being shocker.
And the design of Electro..
Dont really like hes appearence as "living Electricity".
But exept that, Theyre all Great.

i think, as people have said, all the villians have been great on the show. yes, they changed shocker, but i still found him to be enjoyable, and it should leave for more storylines later on. so far my 3 favorite villians have been:

1. green goblin
2. doc oc
3. venom

all 3 were spectacular, and the show took their comic adaptions, improved upon them, and gave them long developing storylines. i do think that lizard and tombstone should be in this poll instead of the enforcers and shocker... because we all know if someone votes for shocker they will have their head ripped off.

Black Cat is a villain.
In the cartoon, she was clearly depicted as such. She stashed that last diamond while distracting Spider-Man. The only thing that makes people view her as a hero is that she is willing to help Spider-Man. She's definately a villain, even moreso than Catwoman in the Batman universe.
Where people get confused is when they start thinking of villains as being only two-dimensional instead of thinking, feeling characters. A good character is one you can understand why they are doing what they do.

Black Cat doesn't really count since she helped Spider-Man. She's more like an anti hero than a villain.
