Here are some of mine:
Spider-Man: The New Animated Series (First and only season)
Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock
Spider-Man: The Venom Saga
Spider-Man in the 60's
Spider-Man vs. Daredevil
Does anyone know if a DVD was released of the 90's series (like a season)?

The 60's series was awesome (especially for its time). Thats more of what you need for your collection. Get that.
The last time I saw it, two years ago, it cost $60. Now, it should be a little cheaper.

I havent got any animated on DVD, but I have Spider-Man the Ultimate Villian Showdown on Video and Spider-Man The New Animated Series on Video. I'll definetly get Spectacular Spider-Man on DVD once they release a Season 1 Box Set and Spider-Man The Animated Series once they release Season Box Sets.

Well, if the show is really succesfull and lasts a few seasons, then we should get season box sets. If the second season doesn't last, or the third season, most likely we will have a DVD with the whole show.

Not really, they just edited it to make it seem like one movie. They put beginning credits. and the end credits were very cool to.
Teh most awesomest thing on the dvd is the music video.
The next dvd I believe will be called Rise of the Villains.

yeah, it was kinda cool, not much character development and it was kinda corny, but it's definitely underrated

I have to agree with you there. I bought a few episodes from iTunes and I thought that some of them were pretty good. I just don't like how Mj looks.

The MTV series would have been better if it had more involvment with the films like it promised.
I remember the real purpose of it was to hold off spidey fans until SM2 came out (about a year after SM1). It was supposed to show some things which happened inbetween films, though they kinda went off on that.

I've seen Ultimate Villain Showdown, Attack of the Goblin (or something similar to that effect), some episodes from the 60's show, Spiderman vs. Doc Ock, and Venom Saga. The only DVD (of Spiderman shows) that I own is the MTV series.
I liked the animation, it grew on me after watching the series over and over again. The action (note the word "action", not story or character interpretation) was probably better than any of the other series that have come out, I wish it had gone on longer.
My favorite action scenes come from "Sword of Shikata" and Part 2 of "Mind Games". Besides that, the webswinging was awesome, IMO even cooler than in the movies.

I remember being ambivalent about this series when it was on MTV. Partly because MTV is a station that caters to older teens and little else and I was already an adult. But when my friend Michael Hill gave me the series on DVD and I watched the episodes back-to-back, it really grew on me.
I loved the moment when Kraven is watching Spider-Man in the reflection of his knife blade. It's really a good series and everyone should give the DVD a chance. It's true though that the end of the series leaves a lot to be desired...

There were so many things you could do with that show. If it lasted at least a few seasons then people could be more happy with it. I remember I first saw the advertisement for it when I bought SM1 on VHS (at the time, thats all I had).
