To continue the love triangle rivalry thingy? Or do you think Gwens done and Peter will marry Mary Jane in spiderman 4 or 5?

I hope she's a supporting character. Not persé as a GF but we need more supporting characters otherwise all we'd have would be

I think Gwen may just appear in pete's class again, but I don't think she will be a main character.

Gwen wasn't an essential part to Spider-Man 3. I don't know what she would do in another one seeing as Peter and MJ are together.

some character has to replace harry and i think she is the one to fill that void. she's basically being promoted based on role size, but there better be no more troubles with peter and mj's relationship. have them married and done with already its close to getting annoying.

Yeah Black Cat sucks, I just like Felicia's character, especially in TAS.

Gwen will almost certainly come back. Just please, no more love triangles. Stick with MJ and Peter at this point. I'm with Caveboy, it's gonna get very annoying to have more love turmoil.

And he could make it up to Peter for killing his uncle by helping spiderman fight off some villains and maybe becoming his friend. Unless Sandman really isn't good and he acted that whole thing out at the end just so he can get away.

Gwen's character would be "un-needed", but I don't mind seeing her again.

Like I've said before, Raimi passed alot of chances in the SM series.

I'd like to see Gwen again, but not as a love interest. I think the Peter/MJ relationship should stay stable in this movie. All you see of them together in the movies is the conflict.
But the main reason I want Gwen back is so she can be killed.

I want flash to replace harry as pete's best friend, it was in the omics, why couldnt it be in the movies?:D

It's official marvel name is Mud-Thing. It's sort of an homage to the movie "King Kong." In the story, Sadie is fought over by Hydro-Man and Sandman, both of whom set aside their differences in favor of putting the kibosh on Spidey. The Mud-Thing starts off at 12 feet tall and accumulates enough sand and water to soon become 25 feet tall (also, he's in the 100 tons strength category)! Unfortunately, they merge for two issues (ASM 217-218) and don't get seperated again until Marvel Two-In-One #87. This issue is famous because it is where Sandman first decides to go straight, even having a few beers with longtime Frightful/Fantastic Four rival The Thing.
As a side note, it seems that Morris Bench AKA Hydro-Man got the girl they had been fighting over. She was seen accompanying him to both the Venom symbiote auction in Marvel Knights Spider-Man #6 and the Scorpion suit auction in Marvel Knights Spider-Man #12 (since Gargan was now Venom III, the symbiote having abandoned its second host in favor of the more powerful Mac..mid-swing!). Kudos to the writers for remembering her at all! Villains with personal histories are always better than two-dimensional ones!

Yeah it's too bad that the relationship in the movies is just ok. In the comics Pete and MJ were alot more like Bruce and Rachel in TDK. MJ knew Pete was Spider-Man before they got together. In a hob gob issue when she and Liz were kidnapped, MJ was all like : "Does Peter Parker know this is happening??" and the others were all like : "Why?"... Simular to Rachel knowing that "Bruces house was the safest place in the city". I liked MJ and Pete in the ASM issues so much more. It was deeper. And we all knew MJ was something Special, they set her up as something special by keeping her secret for so many issues and then revealing her in 42 was it? It's simular to the green goblin in the early days... You could feel they were planning something special with him, ever since his first issue.

Does anyone read the Spider-Man magazine?It has Marvel Two-in-one #87 in one of them.I really liked it.

And I guess Sandman didn't listen and Venom bit Sandman and poisoned him and he died. Was that true?

Though he thought he had.
Sandman's consciousness was split in three and he was dissolved. The 3 aspects of his personality battled each other and the evil side won out. So where Sandman had been reformed and a good guy, Venom had made him evil again. It was an excuse to have Sandman become a villain again after he pulled himself together.
