Think about it peter parker may not be spider-man. Because he got bit by a spider that was mutated spider so what. But venom could be spidey he a cyborg wich can turn in to anthing. So just thing about it.

Dude, Venom's not a cyborg.

He's Eddie Brock, an ex-reporter for the Daily Bugle who blames Spider-man for, basically, ruining his life. But, after Spider-man parts from a symbiotic suit he aquired during The Secret Wars, it became one with Eddie, creating VENOM.

Since Venom's symbiote fused with Spidey for a short time, it knows about Peter's life, his loved ones, and his strengths and weaknesses. The symbiote also kept the shape and design Spidey used while he wore it. One drawback, IMO, is that it also kept Eddie virtually insane.
