HELP ME PLEASE

I need help !!! im not able to view the trailer in the quicktime version, When I click the start button only the white screen with the blue Q comes on and it doesnt download, can someone help me??? please im dying to see the trailer!!!

Dark Angel, do you have the latest version of Quicktime? Your player should be at Version 5.0.2. If you don't have this version, you might have problems viewing movies in Quicktime format.
