That would be incredibly awesome, ((Vin Desel as Venom,)) but how would they put both Carnage AND Venom in the same movie? Don't ya think that the plot would get just a little overwhelming? Lol.
Personally I think it would be incredible to see the visual effects if they ever put Sandman in a Spidey film. They could call it, "Spiderman 3: Enter the Sandman". ;). But there are just so many to choose from, and so many plots that they can twist the story with, that I'm sure it's difficult just to go one by one.

due to the fact that Mary Jane is dating the astronau and son of Jamesson, is it possible that the 'black suit' symbiot, will be in Spidey 3 ?

Then again that very same issue might be a real disaster to the Spider-man movie franchise, for it being a very hard story to adapt to the big screen, due to it's inpropability.

Spider-Man is set in a 'realistic' New York. Putting an Alien compound symbiot creature as an enemy might be too far off...

however i would REALLY like to see spidey in that black suit...

I've posted before that the Sandman would probably be the best villian. Of course, Kingpin is a big player throughout Spidey's life, but he just doesn't have anything special about him. Just a fat, yet somehow strong, gangster with a lot of money.

Mysterio would be interesting, but gets to be too sci-fi.

I am a huge fan of Spider-Man and have been read alot of his comics growing up. And as much as i would love to see Venom and Carnage,(acutally i think the whole Maximum Carnage series would make a kiss ***** movie) I just don't think it would be feasibl. There is no way they could get the whole progression in one movie. It could be like a trilogy unto itself! 1st, the symbiote would have to get to earth. Probably on a spaceship like the did in the animated series(not from the Secret Wars like in the comics). then it would have to start to bond with Peter and go through that whole story. Then Peter would have to get rid of it and it find its way to Eddie Brock(who hasn't even been introduced yet and he had a bit of history with Parker). Then if we follow the comic book chronology, Venom was around for a while before Dr. Richards of the F4(who 1st separated it from Spidey) separated it from Brock. Then the symbiote would have to escape and reunite with Brock in prison, leaving its spawn behind for his cellmate Cletus Casidy and thus we get Carnage. I don't think there is anyway they could put this into a movie without seriuosly butchering it!

im pretty sure they will put venom and carnage in by changing their origin. they cat say the symbiote came from space in a ship! they'll prolly say its origin is unknown or it was created in a lab or something.

i will be perfectly satisfied with whoever is chosen. well, if it's not the kingpin.

it's funny, spiderman2 is not even out, and we're talking about the 3rd film.:D

well it's sort of hob-goblin.. they woudl have to rewrite the story.. after all the there were also two hobgoblins and jack o lantern who later became the second hobgoblin then the demon hobgoblin and then split into demogoblin and hobgoblin. so yeah.. they probably are goign to leave all that out.

i would also love for venom and carnage to be in the 3rd film but if you think about who's in the cast (Dylan Baker as Dr. Curt Connors and Brooke Adams as Felecia Hardy), the 3rd film is gonna have the lizard and maybe even Black Cat (of course she's not a villian) because they didn't wanna put the lizard and doc ock in part two together they decided to split them up but hopefully i'm wrong and they put venom and carnage in the 3rd film but it's doubtful.

As much as I'd like to see Venom in Spider-Man 3, Marvel Comics has already shot that rumor down a while back. Check out the link below for further details. My guess is that (at least one of) the villain(s) will be the Lizard since I heard Dr. Conners will be in the second movie, thereby setting the stage.

Ive heard vulture is showing up in next movie, which I think would be sad because there are some great crooks in the comics and vulture is just one ugly oldman But if Raimi and lee choose Him they should just throw in the whole Sinister six-gang. top for next movie
would be:
Venom/carnage
electro/mysterio
Hob and blackcat(not 100% crook)

somehow I want more than just one badguy in the next movie!!!!

and maybe some special apperances
would be fun say:

well, this is only a guess but i do know that toby had to sign a contract saying that if he wanted to play spiderman he had to act in 4 movies so that means we'll see more of spidy and his villians. I havent heard any rumors but i think that theyll save the 2 simbiots (venom and carnage) for the 4th movie because spidy fighting venom is like fightin a stronger version of himself. of cousre i dont think they'll have carnage because in the comics the carnage character was the guy who killed uncle ben, and we all know he died. so. I am asuming that theyll be in the last one because it would be an amazign finish. but for the 3rd one id have to say the hob goblin 'cause harry already said he'll have his revenge for his fathers death and if you know we see him with a knife to spidy while dr. oct is holding him down. but thats just my thoughts and i hope im right.

Neither should be in the third, it's just FAR too soon. Sandman was a good suggestion, how about Aquaman, wasn't he fueled by a love for MJ (???) good plot line! Or the Hobgoblin, Rhino is still out there. Kraven the Hunter could be brought in but shouldn't be a huge thing. All of these are good characters but should take a back seat to THE LIZARD! I can't believe Dr Connors only got ONE LINE of thought in the first movie. Honestly! But you can't possibly have Venom and Carnage before any if not all of these. Espessially if they're in the same movie. Carniage is the spawn of Venom! Plus it would take at least two movies to set up the Peter Parker Brock whatever hatred! So Look for Venom in the Fifth, THEN the return of Venom in like the Seventh with Carnage being an ally. If not later!:D

I would love to see Electro. Maybe not the original one but the revamped Electro that came out in the new Spider-man cartoons. But maybe it wouldn't work since they made him as powerful as hell.

first of all, sheenster, shut the **** up, you aint writing the third movie. second of all, the black suit storyline involving JJ's son is from the cartoon, not the comics, in the comics, he got the suit from the secret wars. n00bs go look it up. yeh, it would be cool to have venom in the third movie, but its just not gonna happen if we be realistic. the majority of us here are fans of the comic, and think there is way more depth to the classic characters, rather than the modern ones. most you the n00bs here probabylhavent even read the comics (classic ones at least) and are probably more fans of the cartoon, which didnt stick to the comic at all. at least character origins wise. electro, or sandman, or vulture would be magnificent characters to put into the movie. maybe even scorpion. in fact, i hope they do have scorpion in it, cos it'll give JJJ a bigger part in the plot. and stop saying that you've heard who's showing up in the next movie, because its all ****. stop being so stupid and realise that they havent even finished the second movie yet, so theres no way they'd start making the third one already. but seriously n00bs, if u dont wanna sound like dumbasses, dont start loads of **** saying stuff like 'i heard vulture is in spider-man 3', or 'I KNOW that venom is the bad guy in the next movie.' i dont have anything against n00bs, cos we were all n00bs once, but seriously, just stop with the dumbass remarks about the next movies. yeh, fair enuff, go to the thread which has already been made about characters the next movie ans say who you would liketo be in it, but for god's sake stop saying you've heard whos in the next movie, please!!!

i believe that whoever the 3rd villan will be, he will be introduced in the end of this 2nd film as a hanger for the 3rd.... if they didnt get an actor for the 3rd villan during the production, thell probably use cgi without revealing his/her alter ego ( assuming its someone like lizard or venom )

I think you're mistaken. Aquaman belongs to DC.

Clutching at straws here, but you might have the Submariner (Prince Namor) at mind here, who was in love with Sue Storm from Fantastic Four.

I believe that, for all we know they could be making this up, or have no inside knowledge of what's going on. I have just assumed for a while, that was a likely combination, given the facts. But I'm wondering what part of sandman's costume would actually be prosthetic. Church said they were covering him in plaster to to make molds of his body and face so they could build prosthetics. I don'think they could really build prosthetic sand.

but dont hope for carnage cause that would take to mutch story.

Venom has a complex story; so how can they introduce him since they have to send John Jameson into space who ends up bringing the symbiote to Earth, then it has to bond with Peter. And then Peter has to fight it. After Peter finally gets rid of it, it then has to bond with Eddie Brock. How can this be done all in one film? If they did it all in one film it would be kinda rushed and sloppy. If they want to use Venom, they could just introduce Eddie in SM3 and then bring in Venom if they decide to make a SM4. Its already been confirmed that Sandman is one of the villians, so we just have to wait and see how the movie turns out. Sorry if I offend anyone, but just giving my opinion.

KKK i dont get it here i saw the spiderman 3 trailer and i dont see no venom all i see is symbiote spiderman and sandman ans green goni anyways in my opignion i think tht at the end of the movie spiderman will getrid of his symbiote and it will go on eddie brock and there it is spiderman 4 like in spiderman 2 when they show at the end when harry finds out of his dads costume and it ends there boom and spiderman 3 ..... get the point
