If there is a choice for Spidey to join Venom or Lizard in SM3. Who will it be?

If there is ever a choice for Spiderman to join The Lizard or the Venom who should he befriend:confused:


I think he should befriend venom because he and Venom are quite alike and even if they are together it's a probability that Lizard can beat them up:confused: :confused:


Its just a poll so please no comments. I know spidey wont be joining anyone.

I think that Spider should join the venom because he is still like Spiderman... But you know what Lizard can beat venom and Spiderman alone and he is a scientist so he can make better plots than venom :confused:

The Lizard will never be able to beat Spider-Man and Venom single handedly, since he is even more stupid in Lizard form then Venom and Venom is as twice as strong as Spider-Man.
And I think the Lizard has more chances to be friends with Spider-Man then Venom does. Of course, they have been both friends with Spidey in the cartoons (not sure of the comic tho) but Spidey still feels more friends to the Lizard then Venom since underneath the Lizard hides his friend - Dr. Connors and Venom is his arch enemy.

And how can you ask not to comment when you ask questions like these?
Besides it’s not very interesting not to comment on a thing like this when it’s actually great material for discussion.

I just wanted you to post me a reply and not make stupid comments like other people do. Like how could you think of this this is insult to stan lee. Trust me some of the people will write anything. Well I think that it's a probability that Lizard being more branier than Venom can make better plans to destroy the world. Venom has physical powers which makes him overlook the mind power of a Human Being and I don't think Venom is actually a Human :confused:

please no venom is spiderman 3, 4, or 5. maybe 6. haha. but who knows. there is just too much of a story for venom and theres no way they could pull it off without meaning something. i mean eddie brock has to hate spiderman for something hes done to him. he just cant show up with the symboite. plus peter has bearly started being spiderman. it wouldnt be right to bring venom so sudden

I don't know much about lizard or Venom. What are their strength's? I know Venom is super powerful physically, and that Lizard is just vicious, but how strong is he? How does spidey beat him if he's sooo strong and quick? These sound like dumb questions but I need to know!!! Since Ock is in the next movie, how does he stand up against these villains as far as speed, agility, strength, etc... Okay so obviously he's slower but the tentacles add a lot. Please reply. Oh, I did vote so please don't think I didn't contribute.

So Mr. Excellent about the strengths of Venom. He is very strong and nearly invulnerable to Spiderman's beating. He has somewhat the same powers of Spiderman. Actually all this started when Spidey faught the secret wars and his Costume was destroyed so he made another costumes for himself. But he didn't knew that the costume was very much alive. The costumes was made up of symbiotes an alien race. The symiotes were evil so they landed up with an argument with Spiderman and they parted. Then these symbiotes attached themselves to Eddie Brock a proffesional rival of Peter Parker's. Thus we got Venom. Now Venom can web swing and do all the webattacks of Spidey. He can sometimes become invisible. But he can't wall crawl. He can create tentacles out of his body to grasp some thing or the other.
Lizard on the other hand is Dr. Connors who did an Experiment on Reptillian DNA so that he can grow back his right arm back like the Lizard's can grow back thier tails. But eventually he turned into a manly lizard very very dangerous. He has big 6 inch talons(nails) and can rip you into two pieces with his mouth. He can wall crawl though, since he is a lizard. He went into living in sewers. Lizard is very much powerful than Spiderman. Although Spiderman might beat Venom in one on one fight but he cant win against Lizard in a straight fight just using raw power.

I want him to FIGHT LIZARD in a (HARMLESS) BLACK COSTUME. No Symbiote or anything like that. Maybe Mary Jane can finally hook up with him and learn his secret. She's got to say "Tiger, red white and blue is a little flashy... BLACK is where it's at! This is New York, after all.." and she could have one of her fashion designer friends make the costume for him...

Then the symbiote could take over in #4....!

You contradicted yourself "No symbiote or anything, just a suit mary jane makes for him, then, the sybiote takes over and becomes venom and carnage, I'm not sure what you want to happen, a black cloth suit, or a symbiote that becomes venom and carnage. These are opposite ideas here.

Hmm.. from what I know, from the cartoon. I think that he should join with the lizard, afterall he was and continued to be friends with the person who the lizard was. Though venom, the suit, was spiderman's suite for awhile. I dunno how much the cartoon follows the Comic book, but that's what I know from the cartoon.

No, he didn't. It was a six part series named Nerogenic Nightmare or something like that. Blade also featured in that with Morbius and Kraven. Kraven had turned into spidey's friend and his fiance was a Dr. She made an antidote for Spiderman and after he reduced she gave him his mask without she, kraven and blade noticing.

According to The Spectacular Spider-man 274 to 276. The answer is True, it also reveals a new concept in the Lizard/Dr connor's relationship.

I know of no other comic revealing the Lizard knows Peter is Spider-man, but I believe these treat it as already known.

I think Spidey would always choose Lizard, if it came down to that, cause Peter (AND Spider-man) are both very good friends of Doc Conners, and he knows that the Lizard is simply an accident born from an experiment gone awry. The the Lizard is not inherently evil, just primal...savage. Whenever Spidey fought him, it was never to simply put a bad guy in jail, it was always to help out his friend, and to find a way to change him back, for the sake of his family. For the sake of his sanity.

Now VENOM...forget it. Venom is pure evil. Two separate beings, willfully joined together for one purpose...to destroy Spider-man. That's it. He has no other purpose.

Join with Venom? He might as well let Uncle Ben's killer get away. Again.

Wasn't it in the comics that spidey went to a church and rung those huge bells to get the symbiote off of him? And coinsidently Brock was there praying because his life was goin down the drain, when it took over his body...anyway, at least that's what I thought I read.

Yeah you are right but we were just talking about the old fox cartoon. In the comics the symbiote got shook off at the church because he couldn't withstand the huge bells clinging and met Eddie at the bottom...
