I think the middle of the ocean because what is he going to do there. He can't use any of his powers. all he can do is swim.

Even in Antarctica and the Sahara, he still has his strentgh and speed. In the ocean, movement is difficult, and the only thing his strength could be used for is swimming.

I would have to agree with the middle of the ocean. His speed and agility would be negated and his strength would be limited. As stated, web-swinging would be impossible.

Sandman - in the desert

But reverse could be different altogether

Hydro - in the desert, dehydration would take how long?

Sandman - in the ocean, wouldn't it be harder for him to dissolve away?

I think the ocean would be a hard environment for any superhero. Not just Spiderman. What could Daredevil do in the ocean, the Hulk didn't seem to have an easy time with it in his movie,I can't think of any of the X-Men having an easy time in the middle of the ocean -- maybe Storm.

Just saying that the ocean is a tough environment for anyone.

Yes the ocean is actually the hardest enviroment. But maybe it also depends on the Villain. Except Hydroman in ocean and Sandman in Sahara, Kraven in Amazon forest is also dangerous. Lizard is a reptile so he is a better swimmer than Spidey. He can also be dangerous in water.

Spidey has ever problems with water fights because he can´t use his Aguility there,i remember a fight in the Comics where Spidey and Scorpion had an Battle in the Water and Spidey was not looking good in this one.

i think antartica cuz it is so **** cold there, and since he is part spider, spiders can't stand low temperatures, and neither can humans, his muscles would freeze, his web wouldn't work. In the ocean, he could always swim, and in the desert, he always has other powers besides the web.

Yeah there one fight in which spidey falls into a Tank full of flesh eating Eels. To get of there he busted a web cartidge which produce some sort of a dense cloud under the water and he escaped from there. Still there is another enviroment I have found out:

Rooms with Non stick coating on walls and ceilings. The Non-stick coating is actually a coating of teflon which makes spidey's power to stick become useless.

You shouldn't be so sure about the dessert one as one of the most deadliest and fastest spiders can be found in desserts. Spidey is light weight so maybe he can be swift and agile even in desserts, not to mention if there happens to be an Oasis.... whew he would love that.
I read about a spider that lives in Sahara dessert and hunts in daylight. He moves so swiftly that his feet doesn't touch the ground so he doesn't feels hot. He can also roll on sand with a very high speed. A day spiders are having...
