i think the black cat is making an appearence in the first film.
i read on spiderman hype that there was a bank robbery or something like that and a girl who was dressed in black and looked like the black cat. anyway later on hype showed you a pic of the woman in black i front of a big poster of the black cat, so she might be in the first.
