BAD Casting choices....

What's up, guys?! First of all, I'm not pissed at the fact that they got Sam Raimi to direct the film. David Fincher's cool but I don't think this is the kind of film for him. Chris Columbus? No, thanks. I think he's gonna do a great job. BUT I think James Cameron would've been the BEST director fit to direct this.. That's old news anyway. Now, I think they did a pretty good job at casting the Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe). Although, I thought that Sam's boy--Bruce Campbell--would've been FANTASTIC. Very UNDERRATED actor. This would've been great for him. Kirsten Dunst is cool too. Not upset at that. Now, I "am" PISSED at the casting for J. Jonah Jameson. Who in the world thought that, whatever his name is, was a "better" J.J.J. THAN R. Lee Ermey?! That man IS J.Jonah Jameson! What was the casting director thinking?! Just watch "Full Metal Jacket" by the late great Master, Stanley Kubrick and you'll see what I mean. The man not ONLY looks like 'im, BUT sounds like 'im! I don't know what happened there. Even Mark Farina would've been better. So, there you have it folks. It's off my chest. Laters.

Sure it is great to be pissed about the J. Joanh Jameson part but what about a more important character like Mary Jane played by Kirsten Dunst... I mean come on she just does not have a MJ thing going on...

PERsonally, i think the best spider man shoudl've been someone skinny, and tall. And for that i would pick either james marsden(cyclops) or paul walker(maybe not as much) but u kno james marsden from x-men, he got dat smart alecky spider man kinda voice,
so wat if he already portrayed a marvel character, hes perfecT!
and o yeah, kirsten dunst can suck my **** if she in that movie. To be perfectly honest, pull sarah michelle gellar with her red hair rite now outta scooby doo, and into MJ

How can you say that? If Kirsten were to read that, you'd feel pretty bad for having said what you did. The film has already been made and the fact that Sarah was already filming Scooby Doo, she's not in the Spider-Man. Get over it.

Have you read the cameron script? It's sucks! Tobey's bulked up and I think born for the role of Peter. DeFoe is the perfect Osborn, exactly what I think he'd look like!

an' for the guy sayin' cast james marsden and sarah michelle gellar as Peter and MJ, think about it. Both are supposed to be High School [both actors are too old] NERDS, they're not supposed to be all that pretty. It's just a movie but you whinny little fanboys can only complain and look at the bad things.

WE'RE GETTING A SPIDERMAN MOVIE FOR GOD'S SAKE!

Be happy! Who do you think woulda' directed it Steven Spielberg? And do you honestly think that all the people you want casted will be casted? JJJ looks perfect! So does all the rest of 'em! who knows, they all may suprise you.

Well, i for one think of no one better to play Peter Parker nerd than Tobey and i think if a young miss Dunst can play a child vampire than MJ will be no problem what for the movie to comes out before you knock casting, don't be an Anne Rice and have to swallow your words....
