Spider-Man would win. But only because the Scarlet Spider and him got past their differences long enough to stop Venom. However Carnage would take down the Scarlet Spider when he isn’t looking only to have the hell-snot beat out of him by Spider-Man; who was too busy dealing with Venom to warn Scarlet Spider about Carnage. Venom would make a comeback and retaliate on Spider-Man but the Scarlet Spider would intervene and hold Venom back.

Spider-Man would have formulated some kind of plan by then to utilize nearby power-lines and electrocute Venom and work fast enough to create a buffer shield between Scarlet Spider and Venom, and pull Scarlet Spider to safety with a quick web-line pull.

oh wait...

I just remebered I had more important things to do; --Like work.

Wait a minute, If I recall right, Scarlett Spider's spider sense would be able to alert him of Venom and Carnages attacks. So ultametly Scarlett Spider should come out the victor. But really I think that Spidey and Scarlett would just let Venom and Carnage go at until one or the other takes one out, and then they would team up to defeat whoever's left.
