Cyclops in Wolverine?

Also I was wondering about Deadpool. Do you think they'll put something in where he acknowledges that there is an audience or that this is a movie. I was thinking he would like roll his eyes at the camera during some stupid argument or something.

It's obviously him, the guy sitting in the class with the shades on looks just like the actor who plays him, and near the end it has to be him because he takes off the shades and lazer beams come out his eyes.

Yeah, I saw that yesterday. I had no idea Cyclops would be in it.
I'm psyched. He was one of my favorite characters in the X-men films.

And I don't think they'd do that with Deadpool in the movies. It works in the comics, but I think in film it wouldn't translate well at all.

I'm happy that Cyclops is in this, but its only for a cameo thing. But its awesome none the less. They also have Storm ad apparently Emma Frost from what I've heard.

How isn't it Cyclops. Anyway, I'm glad, because he's one of my top favorite Marvel characters. I'm just concerned at how they'd keep up continuity between this and X-Men, seeing as all these characters' stories take such turns that one really wonders how eveyrthing would fit together. Especially Wolverine and Sabretooth. They're brothers in this movie and they don't even recognize each other in X-Men.

Maybe some small thing, that only the fans would recognize.
Like...Deadpool is fighting Wolverine, then Logan says:

Good riddance to her. Halle Berry practically had X3 to herself. I guess she wouldn't have been in this one, so my argument vanishes to nothing,....

I know theres a sad background to the character and a flaw to the power. Same with wolverine. But you know, the basic idea is awesome.

The fact that he can never look anyone with his own eyes. Very sad concept. Cyclops' character is so much more complex than a guy blasting energy blasts out of his eyes. Too bad X2 and 3 miserably failed to develop his character from a great X-Men. Hopefully, Wolverine might be able to add some background complexity to him. It's too bad his character is still permanently ****ed over in this franchise no matter what.

yeah i totally agree so poorly used in x2 and 3 though i still thought x2 was really good still i hope he has more development here

Lol I know I know. But dispite we all know about the fact that it hurts wolverine everytime he unleashes his claws... I still think: Awesome, I'd love to be able to do that... Same goes for cyclops. I mean who wouldn't wanna be Superman or Batman or Spider-Man? Sure you'd get beaten up as hell and theres a negative side to it, but still, one can think "I'd love to be able to fly like superman etc"

I agree. Mostly cause I hate Halle Berry with the fiery Passion of Christ directed by Mel Gibson

Their purposely straying form the movie continuity for this. I'm fine with that cause the movies were ok, but they failed to live up to some fans expectations. In my opinion though.
