Don't edit out the World Trade Center Towers

Don't edit out the World Trade Center Towers - from the trailer I saw at the theatre it is a great scene. If you edit them out then it looks like you have caved to the Terrorists. Don't let the movie be a casulty to their acts.

It's not that they did it because they "caved" They did it because there are people that are really sensative to the whole thing. Leaving the World Trade Centers in the trailer, for some people, would have been in poor taste. The editers only did it for that reason and not to offend anyone who watches the trailer. It was a good call to take them out, as well as the movie posters. I recently went to my local state fair, there was an original Spider-Man movie poster, unflawed, with the World Trade Centers still reflected in Spideys eyes, for a measly $175 dollars! So there are still a few movie posters that still have that in them.

The WTC Towers should have. That would be a disgrace if they did.

there are to many ppl "sensitive" to the matter..what i cant believe is that they wanna change the title of the LOTR movie The two towers...they must be crazy! that name has been in the story a long time and...u get the point if what i wrote is confusing ish prolly cause i messed it up since i just got confused with enlgish right now^^

^they had this scene where there were bank robbers and they escaped by helicopted and spiderman caught em and put the helicopted in a spider web that was made between the 2 towers..ish cool...

The WTC is not actually in the movie itself. It is just in the trailer at the theatres. But, yea, the trailer is awesome.

actually the trailer's not in the movie but the WTC still is :) that's what the producer said. They didn't cut anything out but they didn't make any scene there either.

If there is any additional WTC footage, I think that it should be added into the DVD. Spider-Man is the story of an average person making a transition into a hero. I don't feel that leaving WTC footage out of the movie is necessary.

I don't think there ever was any WTC footage (besides the trailer), well somebody said that they did NOT cut out anything except the part in the trailer. AND, the trailer was first released in...June or July 2001, just 2 months before the tragedy, maybe they never did get a chance to do a scene there :)

in the scene right after the hippie sings, if u look in spideys eye, u can c 2 towers. thats the twin towers. theres also a clip at the ending. when spidey lands on the top of that building, pause the movie! rite before u c the empire state builiding, u will c 2 small towers. thats the wtc.
