I was just wondering if there was any way I (or anyone else) could obtain a copy or outline of Toby Maguire's work out routine that he used to train for the role of Spiderman. Any help in obtaining this would be much appreciated! Email me at PogoProphet@aol.com
Thanks!

Not really a workout schedule, but some tips from his personal trainer. Check out this extract from an interview:

Hey, I like his exercise regimen, sounds like a longer version of what I do! lol I work out on an oversize ball, I do martial arts, I do yoga, go cycling, etc. And that doesn't include the other stuff I do, like walk at least a mile every single day (I have missed a whole 3 days in 2 years, lol), do at least 300 (no I'm not kidding) sit ups every single day, I work with wieghts (I was one of 3 females in my college wieght training class, lol), dance (at clubs), swing dance... I swim for hours now that it is summer, I swim until I get so exhasted all I can do is sleep, etc, etc... I am a vegan (I'm so glad that Tobey is too!) I like the fact that my regimen is similar to Tobey's! lol
I work my butt off but it's worth it! hehehe

Thanks for sharing this information. I am also working really hard at keeping fit. I saw the People magazine article on how the Stars keep fit and, I have to be honest, I first felt somewhat discouraged because, in order to keep up with some of these stars, you would have to pay a lot of money.
Take for instance what I read about Tom Cruise. He pays a lot of money to have a personal trainer and a chef to take care of him... It is nice to see that there are some regimes that are accessible to us "commoners" :)
The challenge, though, after getting in shape is to stay in shape. Hopefully, Tobey M. will be able to keep in shape (well he will have to for the next movies.. right? :))
