that the original cast will be in SM3. I originally didn't know they signed on to make 3. I was really worried after I seen SM2(which was freakin awesome by the way) because i thought there was a possibility of not having tobey as spidey/peter in 3. To me he's just a great fit for the role and it would be a shame to see him somehow not play spidey in the third one. I am really hyped about Spider-man 3 and 2007 can't get here quick enough. thanks for taking the time to read my opinion.

Tobey will be in the thrid one because he signed a contract to be in 3 spider-man films same with Dunst. Something that really suck is that the third one wont come out until 2008. That too ****ing long!

May 4th - 2007 is the current release date for the third movie. Sam Rami said in a current interview that he was just beginning to outline/write three.

I heard there is sopose to be 6 spider-man movies, Tobey & Sam is gonna do all 6!

Just to let you know.... i saw a recent interview with the director ( Sam) on E! and he said they don't no when production will start but sony made an agrrement that the movie will come out May 4th 2008! not 2007

Exactly! I've watched that twice and he for sure said 2008, NOT 2007! I'm really hoping that he mispoke, but I doubt that he did.

*agreed* I think that 3 or 4 is a perfect number for this series. Although it might be great to have 6, it wouldn't definetly overkill it.

Having six I dont think would over kill it. Spiderman has so money storys to follow. Six probably isnt enough. But I read that the producers adn writers want 6 and Toby and Kirstin dont know if they want more that three and said they will wait and see what happens with the success of the franchise.
