Starts with Marvel Logo
Then it goes into flashbacks of the second movie.
Then the story begins Peter narrating about Mary Jane then he wakes up with her next to him. He tells her he is going to be late for Dr.Conners class so he turns into Spiderman to get there on time. His spider sense alerts him of a beam carried by a crane. The cable snaps sending the beam falling towards pedestrians when he uses multiple webs attaching the beam and stopping it inches away from it crushing people. During this crime is low so he has time for school, work and relationship.
As he arrives at school, he sees Dr. Conners walking to class and chats with him about a project he needs peter to help him with tonight. Peter agrees since he does not work and M.J. is now on a broadway show.
(Venom idea 1)
We see two astronauts walking on the moon. One is on the ship communicating with both of them. One astronaut with a #2 on his helmet talks to the astronaut ahead of him saying commander, commander Jameson. Jameson is thinking about M.J. and how she left him at the altar but does not know why. He replies yes. The #2 astronaut asks him if he is ok. He replies yeah just fine. Jameson then takes two steps and falls into a hole. #2 runs after him. When he reaches the hole, he screams commander are you ok? Jameson wakes up and sees he is on the floor he gets up and uses his light on his helmet to scan the area. All of a sudden, he sees something moving, he takes a few steps and as he shines the light on and yells “I found something” what looks like a black puddle he gets even closer and when the light hits the puddle it lunges at him. He starts to run back screaming at #2 to help him. He jumps up and #2 grabs his hand pulling him up. #2 said what is going on. Jameson scared says run to the ship. As they hop towards the ship, the black puddle starts following them. When they get into the ship Jameson sees the puddle out the window and tells #3 lets go now. The ship takes of leaving the moon.
When he goes to the Bugle, he hears word from Senior Jameson that his son is on his way to Earth now and will arrive from the moon tomorrow. This bothers peter because M.J. left him at the alter, and if Senior Jameson finds out she is with him he will be fired from the Bugle. Therefore, Jameson wants him to be there for his landing. Peter sighs then agrees.
Peter goes home and talks with M.J. about tomorrow. After a conversation, he looks up towards the moon.
Back in space, Astronaut #2 and #3 talk with Jameson about what he saw on the moon but when he tries to explain, the black puddle attacks them.
Back on Earth, everyone is waiting for the landing when Peter’s Spider sense kicks in. Everyone sees that the ship is coming in excessively fast and start fleeing away.
Inside the cockpit, Jameson is trying to level the ship when it starts soaring through the city. Spiderman on roof top webs onto the craft rips the door off and enters. He sees 2 astronauts on the floor knocked out and when he reaches the cockpit the his spider sense kicks in as the black puddle attacks him. Jameson starts to get control of the ship, as the puddle is busy fighting with Spiderman. The ships heads to the river and as the puddle has Spiderman cornered, it attacks him and at the same time, the ship crashes. Spiderman wakes up with water surrounding him as the ship is starting to sink he first grabs the first 2 astronauts and webs them to the bridge he then goes for Jameson and takes him outside and places him on the bridge and leaves. Then Senior Jameson says that this is the only time he is glad he seen the Spider. When Spiderman arrives at home, he takes off his spider suit, throws it into the closet on the floor, and takes a nap. He then wakes up hanging upside down off a building and sees that his suit is black.
(Venom/Lizard idea 2)
Peter arrives at Dr.Conners and he sees Harry leaving his office. He enters his office and sees Dr. Conners putting a vial with some sort of green liquid away in a safe. Peter knocks on the door and he enters. They start working on a project involving the regeneration in reptile’s limbs combining the liquid that is on the vial with reptilian DNA. They then use it on mouse subject by removing its tail. Therefore, when they apply the liquid it restores the tail. They congratulate one another on a perfect success by are awaiting any side effects. When Dr.Conners tells Peter to put away the vials Peter sees a strange black liquid in a bottle. As Peter is about to grab it, Dr. Conners yells don’t touch that. Peter apologizes. Dr. Conners explains what it is. He tells Peter, it was a failed experiment by using the same green liquid combined with DNA of Spiderman. It changed the color of the liquid and when it I tested it on a mouse, it covered the mouse all in black and gave it great strength and agility. However, its side effects made it psychotic. Peter looks at the bottle and leaves.
That night Dr. Conners impatient to see the side effects on the mouse decides to use the liquid. It regenerates his arm and leaves the room. Spiderman enters the room to take a sample of that liquid when he hears a scream in the hallway. He checks to investigate and his spider sense kicks in when a green tail swings at him knocking him in Dr. Conners office. Spiderman looks out the door and hears a hiss followed by loud footsteps. A shadow appears with a long head looking into a room that looks reptilian. Spiderman looks at the creature in shock when the creature screams at him and lunges at him. Spiderman avoids all attacks and tries to web the creature when the creature swings his tail the opposite direction knocking Spiderman into the black bottle that shatters and starts to cover him. As the liquid distracts him, the creature charges at him through the wall into the river. Spiderman comes up and notices the creature is gone but sees his suit still cover with that black liquid in some spots. When Spiderman arrives at home, he takes off his spider suit, throws it into the closet on the floor, and takes a nap. He then wakes up hanging upside down off a building and sees that his suit is black.

The creature attacks the city at night and fights with Spiderman in the black suit, then he escapes into the sewers.
Senior Jameson calls him the Lizard.
If this is M.J.’s last movie, they should kill her off. The Lizard being the culprit by placing Mary Jane to the top of the Statue of Liberty, as she falls and when Spiderman webs on to her, her necks snaps killing her. (Ala Gwen Stacy)

Jameson watches at what has happened and sees Spiderman holding M.J. and looks up to see Jameson and tells him he did not kill her and webs away.
Jameson screams at Spiderman, “I’ll get you for this”.
Later on, the suit leaves Spiderman and it disappears.
The liquid knowing Jameson hates Spiderman it decides he is a great candidate to become its next host.
Venom knowing who Spiderman is arrives at Peter’s leaves a note saying he will be at aunt Mays apartment.
He arrives and sees Jameson sitting on the table talking with May.
Aunt May finds out Peter is Spiderman.
Peter spider sense does not alert him that Jameson is Venom.
Jameson turns into Venom and both of them start to fight while aunt May watches.
Harry helps Spiderman beat Venom and forgives him for the death of his father and M.J.
