I'd have to say Venom. But I agree with Attila back there, Sandman has to be included in that list, but Venom still gets my vote. Now overall super-villian I'd say is either Magneto or Apocalypse in Marvel and in DC it's obviously the Joker. And the winner out of both universes is the Joker.

Mysterio is my top pick though and then Shocker in 2nd place followed by the other two mentioned.
