Who would win Spiderman or Ironman

I like Spidey much more, but I have to give it to Iron Man. He could fly and stay out of Spidey's reach while nailing him with repulsor rays.

Even if they went toe to toe, Iron Man has his armor to protect him, and the armor greatly increases Tony Stark's strength.

No contest really. Spidey would probably be able to hide a bit but toe to toe he wouldn't last 5 minutes.
