Spider-Man Comic

Ok, when I bought the Spider-Man box set when it came out, it came with a comic. I'm sure other people got it too. It also came with other stuff, but anyways, the comic is the first issue of Spider-Man. A couple days ago I got a magazine that has a list of collector's issues and that's #1 and it says it's worth $50,000!!! It doesn't say anything about only the original being worth that much, but that's what I'm assuming they mean...anyone know how much it's worth?

the one in the box set probally isnt worth much because its just a re-print

The reprint is worth about 5.00 just to give u an actual value
