Zeke, I haven't been on the chat for a while because of school. But most of the time, I and other people get on the chat sometime around 7 or 8 p.m. or later. and we usually stay on for a few hours.

I was on ebay looking for Spider-man stuff, to see if I could find any good deals. I found one that surprised me, because it had every single Ultimate comic book ever made for sale for 20$. My heart started beating hard, then I read that this guy had just copied the pictures of the pages to a few CD's and that was it. A huge disappointment.

Hello everyone! I haven't been on lately, and I have a lot of things to say/ask.
1) Cliffhangers are evil. I just got #511 Saturday, and I'm already twitching. Oddly enough, it was the first comic I've ever bought. I had no clue I like comics untill I was draged along to see SM2. And now I'm obsessed with pretty much all things Marvel.
2)Anyone else see the Legends Unite on ABC Family Sunday? If, so what was you're favorite episeode? I personaly liked "And a Blind Man Shall Lead Them"(at least I think that's the title)
3)I've practicaly staked-out my library in an atempt to borrow all thier TPBs, so expect plenty of new siggys while I experement with them.
4)Why hasn't anyone been on the chat lately? I haven't seen anyone on them in 3 days. And I've only been online for 3 days in about the pst 2 weeks or so.

Hey, I think the problem with the picture is that it is a .bmp and these boards may only accept .jpeg . I have seen a lot of places that do that. Try saving the file to your computer, convert it to jpeg, then upload it again, and that might work. I may be totally clueless also.

I found out last Wednesday that my local comic shop wont offer subscriptions unless I subscribe to 8 comics. I don't have that money, plus the comics would still be cover price. So, I don't know what to do. Save 10$ and get them in the mail but risk them being damaged, or get perfect condition but cost 10$ more. Questions. What are your opinions on this?

Spider-Man 2 stopped playing in my movie theatre on Friday. in fact the only theatre still playing Spider-Man 2 in NYC is the IMAX at Lincoln Center and even that's down to only one showtime. i feel like a part of me has been taken away!

example: if an actor starts laughing during a serious part in the movie

Hey everyone, sorry I have been gone for so long. I have been busy with school, and my dad started a new business and I have been busy helping him at my free times. Can't wait for Christmas break.

Amazing Spider-man #512 was great, but unexpectedly different than I thought. I didn't think that Gwen's reason for doing what she did with Norman was good at all. It is just weird, and in my mind, I would have thought Gwen to be the good type of girl who wouldn't do that. She just didn't seem like that type of person. Overall though, I like the comic, and the story was good, so I look forward to the next issue.

I might get the Spider-man 2 gift set and/or the 500 comic book CDs for Christmas.

I didn't think her reason wasn't very good, either. Just because you're "attracted to his magnetism" dosen't give you the right to...do stuff with him.

Now everyone is going to think of Gwen the exact opposite, even though her character didn't seem like that.

Another thing I just thought of: She loves Peter, yet they never did anything(this is SO weird to discuss). But she is attracted to Norman for one night, and then she's pregnant?

I don't know. Maybe I'm looking at this totally wrong. :confused:

I will say though, this storyline is pretty good. It's pretty out there, but it keeps us coming back for more!!
