I love it so much. I play the flute and I am so happy my marching band did awesome at contest! We got a 2 rating at our regional marching contest a few months back.

I like Aunt May & Uncle Ben, it may seem silly, but they are the ones who helped Peter become who he is even before he was Spider Man. They are always there for Peter. I think the guides are cracking down on excessive chatting. That may be why kjs and aragorn are gone now. They were fun to have around, but maybe they just chatted to much. I don't know. I am sorry guys, that I have been absent for a month or so. It just seems like I am really busy lately, but I will try to continue posting.

I am honestly looking forward to every superhero movie that is coming out. Every single one, I want to watch them all. Haven't had a chance to watch Elektra though, she may be the only exception.
But the F4 looks great, I can't wait, all the others, gosh, Ironman, this is going to be a great year, as well as next year, and the next.

Give me movies! They are all cool.

I have Spider-man 2 official novelization book, and a coloring spider-man book.

Nick canceled Invader ZIM, WB never ordered more X-Men Evolution eppies, and Fox just sucks. WHY COULDN'T THE MEW MEW DUB BE GOOD?!?!? WHY?!?!?!? *ahem* Cartoon Network is the only thing with good new shows anymore. Like Fullmetal Alchemist. Although Nick does have Danny Phantom, if they stop the 3 month hiatuses in the middle of a season. Well, here's hoping the new FF series is good and on for a long time. And that MTV relizes what a good show they had and orders more episodes.

Latino review is a reliable source of movie info. They broke alot of stories early and were right on most of them. They're saying sandman and Hobby for 3.
The movies borrowed alot from the Ultimate books. If this is true,do you guys think Harry will physically change to Hobby?

Yup,Raimi doesn't want to repeat GG. Sadly,at the expense of a good villain. Then again,this House of M story might change history. Spidey now doesn't need shooters.

House of M. M could stand for Marvel or Magneto. After Avengers Dissassembled which revealed that Scarlet Witch was the traitor,Magneto showed up and took his daughter away to protect her. The Avengers and the XMen were directly affected by this. Avengers had a traitor and the Xmen's worst fear is here. A mutant has lost control of her powers. Scarlet Witch's powers can bend reality and change time. It's supposed to have serious changes to the whole Marvel Universe.

That's true. They could. They can also make some bad ideas real too. The ultimate universe is going to meet the Marvel universe but I'm not sure if it's in the M story. This could be and is expected to be a serious shake up.

What is the house of M., I know about sins past, which was kinda wierd because Peter thought he had kids, messed up.... They need to think of something that hasn't been done yet. Like M.j. leaving Peter, saying she needs a break, but in reality she is paying of this randsom to Electro that she needs to pay to save Peter, but then he double crosses her, and attacks Peter at the Daily Bugle. (I no this is stupid, but this isn't my job). :)

Hmm. House of M sounds...interesting. I know a bit about whats happening (I read the first Avengers dissembled online and know the basic charaters) but sadly, I don't read the comics. :( I really need to start.

And now to bring up something that's been on all moviegoers' minds... Star Wars Episode III. (Only 23 more days!) That movie is going to stinking rock. And I know what's going to happen. (My brother got the junior novelization and I read it in one day.) Believe me, you will be satisfied. Other good movies coming up are Superman returns (in the far future), Batman Begins (in May) , and Fantastic Four (in July). What a great year for movies. :D

Also, George Lucas said they were making a Star Wars TV series.

Well, he said that it would take place between Epsodes 3&4 and it would not focus on the main characters of the movie. I won't know if it will be good until there's more information.

I was surprised when they announced that Topher Grace was gonna be in SM3. But I think he's a pretty good actor, so I'm interested to see who he'll be playing.

dont know about that, I was re-watching parts of spider-man 2 today because it was on HBO and I dont know but I just didnt like it like I used to, then I was watching parts of Spider-man 1 on TBS and still liked it, not as much as I used to (thanks to the comics ;)) but more then 2, so I think I'm beginning to like 1 more then 2. Is it just me or were the characters (Peter, MJ, and Harry) a lot less annoying in 1?

In Spider-man 2 they obsess about Peter and Mj's love. It gets kinda annoying b/c he's always thinking and talking about her and so is she about him. I liked it before b/c it kept you more interested b/c GG was really EVIL. Doc Ock was evil but cliqued (i think that's how u spell it) So i liked the mix of emotions in s-m 1 better than s-m 2 u no?

Actually, after I saw the second movie, I liked the first better. I think that after I saw it in the theater, I kinda built it up in my mind because it was a sequel and all, and I couldn't wait for it to come out on DVD. The only thing I really liked more was Doc Ock - mainly because I thought Molina did a great job. But I watched SM1, then SM2, and I kinda thought SM1 was better. The movies don't seem as good after you read the comics, do they? I really wish they would've included the comics more. But hey, what can you do?

Actually, after I saw the second movie, I liked the first better. I think that after I saw it in the theater, I kinda built it up in my mind because it was a sequel and all, and I couldn't wait for it to come out on DVD. The only thing I really liked more was Doc Ock - mainly because I thought Molina did a great job. But I watched SM1, then SM2, and I kinda thought SM1 was better. Well, we had a half day after Memorial Day, then I had to go for an hour on Wednesday 'cause I had perfect attendance.

In the comics though she makes Peter happier and he's a better person when he is with her, I wish we could have saw that in the movies :(

But I agree. I think Mj was so annoying in S-M 2. She was bugging Peter saying DO YOU LUV ME? And I'm saying SHUT THE HELL UP b/c she should let him talk. I like thier relationship better in the Amazing Spider-man series. They love each other so much more and they talk and stuff.

What about the villians? I think Doc Ock was acted better than GG. But GG was a better villian. He attacked Peter where it hurt most, and Doc Ock just didn't pull that off. Don't get me wrong he was good but not as good as GG was.

yup I'm one of the few that like GG better then Doc Ock, Doc Ock looked a lot "cooler" but story-wise, to me, GG was better and Harry BETTER become GG2!:|

I liked both villians, but I always go back and forth with who I like more. I liked GG's strategy, but I liked Ock's tentacles and stuff. I think I liked Ock's look better, but overall, I liked GG better. If only he had a cooler costume. *sigh* The thing I didn't like was how Ock turned good at the end. GG was evil 'till the very end, and that's the thing I liked the most about him. He was a true villian.

And yes - Harry better become GG2, or I'll scream.

And what you were saying about Erica Durance - so true! And Lois' character does seem more like MJ.

You live around Chicago, right? I remember that 'cause I live about an hour south of Chicago. I'm pretty sure it plays on WGN (The WB). Channel 9, if I remember right.

But I see everyone else here has the same dilema, when there is not a new movie for the "Spider-man movie boards" There is not much else to talk about. That's why it seems hard to get on these boards, maybe we need to talk about the comics more or something, make these boards the temporary "Spidey comics" boards. Cause if you think about it, there is not going to be much new stuff to talk about on Spidey 3 for probably a year.

We need to find something to keep us all coming back and talking like we did right before the movies came out.

So after debating which Spider-Man movie I like better, I have decided Spider-Man 1. SM2 is a little MJ-heavy for my liking. And my dad agrees. But my mom likes the second one better. When I asked why, she said, "The special effects were cooler." My mom is easily amused, it seems.
