Spidey Videogame- can they help us deduce SM3 villains?

hey guys, i don't own the Spidey Movie Games so i'm wondering, has either Sandman or Venom been in them? Is it safe to assume that villains in the games won't be (main) characters in the upcoming movies?

I think the webslinging in the spider-man 2 game, will influence the webslinging in the next movie.

can anyone make a list SM videogame villains for me (only movie games)? it'd be reasonable to assume they won't be in the movie (barring possible cameos).

Well, the only moviebased game I`ve played is Sm2 on xbox, and the villains in it are Shocker, Mysterio, Doc Ock of course, aand, someone else, was there?

Sandman was on Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro...but I never played that game but only the demo...but I died and just quit before I finished the demo.

lets see we've fought GG1, the Vulture, Doc Ock, Mysterio, Rhino, Shocker, and we've seen Black Cat...

so that leaves Lizard, Venom, Carnage, Sandman, GG2, HG, Electro (did we fight him?) and tons of others but yeah, thats what i thought when i thought about the games
and maybe Venom in Ultimate Spider-Man is a hint...??

Previously the Main Villians were in the Video games for spiderman.Green goblin,Doc ock Then they Added NON-movie Villians.For spiderman 3 They will probably have Sandman and Harry but in a Different but Similar Storyline than the movie.

Personally Spider-man 2 Video game was Fantastic.However the Mysterio Battle Campaign was Very Difficult.

The villains I want to be in Sm3 videogame: Rhino, Shocker(those guys do a comeback with some small ministory on the backround). Green Goblin(we wont know it`s Harry but only in the end(of course, we kinda know that)), Mysterio(also does a comeback), Sandman(his story should be a small one in the game. He should be the guy who always manages to escape from the crimescene, and only in the end he "dies") and Scorpion to. He should be this maniac guy who Spidey(in the gameworld) as already fighten with for hundreds of times.

Ok, some might think, why Venom wasn`t there, well, he is such a mystery guy in the movie, so it would not be fair to the movie if Spidey would have to fight him in the game.

Spiderman 2 - Rhino, Mysterio, Black Cat, Lizard, Puma and Doc Ock.


Before anyone goes off their nut at me 'But Scorpion, Lizard and Puma aren't in the game!!' Go play the GameBoyAdvance versions of the Spiderman games. They are in there.

I'll even supply images in a little while if I must...

In Ultimate Spiderman Venom was the main villain. In the middle of the game a character named The Beetle steals a sample of SANDMAN from the lab, and then later taking a sample from VENOM. This leads players to believe that both of these villains will be in the next movie.

O yea, also at the end of the first Spiderman movie game you could play as Harry in the Goblin suite. It was pretty sweet. Super speed for the win!

love your list, few changes, we need to battle venom, and instead of shocker i want electro, and no scorpion, scorpion could be used later

O YEA. In the first spiderman game they ever made they had Scorpion, Rhino, Venom, Carnage, Dock Ock, Mysterio, and Lizard just to name a few. It was PS1 and then the final boss was CARNAGE DOCK OCK. Was so cool :cool:
