You're right Spidey could be the greatest ever! It's got all the elements. If you notice, the good superheros movies have a cast and director / writers who take the subject matter seriously - as serious as any other drama. Tim Burton did with Batman, Joel Schumacher, well , he just wanted to "make the screen colorful" or something like that, I forget. But he didn't . Sony so far made some great moves, including havin David Koepp write - he's one of the best in the 'biz, imho.

I've heard so much about this movie, they had a great team of writers and you can't have a good movie without great writers. There are so many movies out there that focus on the effects and not on the writing, I think this movie will be up there with all the other great comic book movies, it's destended (sp?) to be a classic.

Ofcourse, Spidey will be the best film this side of 100 years. Another good film that you all forget to mentaion was Blade, That was Kick ***.
