it's not from spiderman 3, its from spiderman 2. all they did was change the colour on spidey's suit and the MJ action figure is from the spiderman 2 also when she ran away from her wedding with John Jameson.
how u can tell: they spelt symbomite like this: syrbiote series, not the spider-symbol that the symbomite suit has(the symbol that is on the suit is from the original costume), as posted by LudaChris: the 3 looks fake and the packaging is the same as the spiderman 2 toys and i doubt that they'd use the same packaging again.

also, look at the three on the side of the box. It isnt the same coloring as the other letters. It was put in using a comp program like photoshop or something else. Although its the same COLOR its not the same shade and you can tell that it isnt a part of the actual box.

Lot's of... words. I think if you just did it a little darker, and on different paper, it would look a lot better. Still good though.
