Yes,Two-Face is in TDK,Harvey dent is in throughout the film and Somewhere late in the film he has Acid thrown in his face(Like teh comics),Two-Face,He is a BIG part of the movie only Behind Bruce wayne and Racheal Dawes and of course The Joker
