Maria Hill: "Sir, we have Captain America spotted. We sent some Capekillers to detain him, but the worst apple of the bunch just popped up. Frank Castle."
Tony Stark: "The Punisher. He must have been content to sit on the sidelines until his loyalty to a single man over a nation got the better of him. Please tell me that he didn't kill anyone?"
Maria Hill: "No, sir, but that particular Capekiller unit will be sidelined for quite some time. Seems that the Punisher and Rogers fought them together, but then went their seperate ways. Looks like Punisher wanted to join the resistance and Steve didn't want him to."
Tony Stark: "Good. It means that Captain America is still trying to fight us with nothing but true heroes."
Maria Hill: "Some would say The Punisher was a true hero."
Tony Stark: "He's crossed the line. He shouldn't have involved himself with the "big boys."
Maria Hill: "..."
Tony Stark: "Dispatch the Black Widow. Time to do what we should have done a long time ago with Frank."
Maria Hill: "I just hope they don't kill each other."

Following the trail of broken SHIELD Capekiller agents from the shadows, Natasha was fast closing in on him. Did he sense her coming because he was turning around now?
Frank Castle: "You can come out now, Black Widow. We're in an open area and I've been around too long to let you get a better shot at me than this. Let's talk."
Black Widow (Natasha): "Comrade, you are under arrest for violation of dozens of U.S. laws. You have a habit of surrendering peacefully so that you can attack criminals from within the prison system. This will not work now. You'll be in jail with other superheroes and in the most sophisticated prison ever designed. If you cooperate they may allow you your freedom in exchange for a brain microchip implant."
The Punisher (Frank Castle): "Yeah, you see, I don't think you've got the huevos to take me. And I also believe that you are all making a terrible mistake by turning your backs on the heroes that have saved you thousands of times in the past. I don't want to have to hurt you."
Black Widow: "Oh, but comrade, I consider pain to be quite exhilerating. You follow the law or you stand aside like the Thing. You joined the opposition. That means you go down like all the rest."
The Punisher: "Ah, Natasha. It didn't have to go down like this. What a waste of a pretty face."

Black-Widow (Spider-Tim_075): She has no secret identity and doesn't wear a mask. Unlike heroes like Spider-Man & Daredevil, she will not lose her identity by registering.

Punisher (socool83): I think the Punisher thinks anti-registration would be right because under Tony he would have to listen to Tony and the Punisher works alone. Also, the Punisher saw his family gunned down so he will do anything to avenge that including stand up for himself no matter what!

Well, it was very close but we made it through. I think people forgot that they were supposed to be trying to convince others and not just themselves that their side was right, but in giving good justification for their own characters they receive high marks.
The public opinion meter goes +1 Pro-Registration -1 Anti-Registration with a final score of 4 votes to 3. This brings the total to +3 Anti-Registration (+5 is the big win). I am very pleased because the game continues.
