Default Rate My Bust

I bought a new limited edition bust yesterday, and i simply love the detail put into it. I've tried to take the best pictures my camera can get to show you the detail.

The bust is of J. Jonah Jameson on top of a Daily Bugle globe holding a newspaper and a green mask. It is about 6 inches tall, and about 5 inches wide. Even the cigar looks real when you look close at it cause the way they painted the burning tip with orange, red, grey and white spots looks as if its on fire. Very real looking indeed.

I don't know what the mask is, nor do i know what the snake and spider robot are. Appearently this bust is in reference to a scene in the comic books dealing with another villian of some sort where JJJ becomes the hero by defeating some green snake creature. If someone can shed some light on the green snake and robotic spider, that would be super so i can know what my bust is all about.

Here is the box it came in:

And here is the bust:

Please tell me what you think about my new bust, cause i simply love it.

Rate the bust from 1-10 with 10 being the best and 1 being the worst.

Here is the front view:

And here is the sticker on the bottom of the box with the limited edition number. This one is number 382 of 2500 created, so its not the first one created, but its one of the lower numbers to collectors who value limited editions based on when they were made during a limited mold.

My digital camera isn't the best, so getting closeups of things doesn't work real well. If ya wanna know what it says, it says:

This is an authentic
limited edition
Diamond Select Toys
and Collectibles bust
382 of 2500

I don't know if its a scorpion or not. It looks like a robotic snake to me.

I'll take some close up pictures of the entire snake thing, then i'll post them here in a bit. Back in a few...

and here are a couple more:

It looks like bullet holes or rips in the green flesh of whatever it is, like its been clawed or shot. After looking at it closely, the green snake (or scorpion if it is a scorpion) is also robotic, because the end of it looks as though its been ripped off of a robotic body of some nature, with all the wires stemming out of the torn off part (top photo). There's also a black spider web at the other end of the green thing (bottom photo).

The more i look at this bust, the more i'm intrigued to find out even more about it.

Do you think the green snake thing is really the tail of a scorpion that has been ripped off?

I'll give it a... 7 out of 10.

I think it's Scorpion's tail. and the robot spider has probably something to do with the spider-slayers.

You'll have to forgive me for not knowing a lot about the comic book character history, as i'm more of a fan of the movies, and have read only a couple of the comic books. That being said, please explain to me what "spider-slayers" are and what they have to do with J. Jonah Jameson.

I doesn't really look like the spider slayers, maybe it's a spider tracker (tracking device used by Spidey) but it doesn't really look like on of them either.

This may just be some theory or something but anyways remember in the comics/cartoons JJJ hires Scorpion to kill Spidey and fails well that's JJJ saying 'I WANT SPIDER-MAN!' or something like that figuring that he didn't succeed in excucted.

JJJ was responsible for creating Scorpion, hence the mask and tail
